His longform article (or short book, depending on your perspective), “My Mother’s Lover“, was published using the Atavist platform. Through Atavist, the book sells on a number of platforms, including Amazon Kindle, Nook, and an iPhone and iPad app. The tablet version includes multimedia elements–like photos and notes–interwoven throughout the written piece.
Dobbs’ book, which came out in May 2011, has become their top-selling title.
